The apartmenthouse was built in 2008. Considering it's location the old town is 150 m far, the coast and the promenade is 40 far, the big haven is 300 m far from the apartment, and the closest grocery and restaurant is around 100 far.

The beach both has sandy and tiny gritty parts. It is ideal for children since it deepens slowly. Practically the coast is suitable everywhere for bathing and swimming. The closest place (60m) with a small mole, which  is capable for swimming can be seen on one of the pictures.

Our apartment is on the first floor. The flat is 65 sqm big, has a bathroom with toilet, an american style living room kitchen and dinning room in one area, two bed rooms and a balcony.

One of the bedroom has a double bed and a spare bed, the other room has two single beds. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a double bed.  Altogether 7 people have place in the apartment.

Air condition, TV with more than 40 channels, fridge with freezer, oven, hotplate, coffee machine, washing machine and vacuum cleaner is situated in the flat.
